This wine is made of Marzemino grapes well matured that are pressed after harvest. Fermentation follows with the wine kept on skins the right time to ensure adequate colour, tannin and flavour extraction.
Colour: Brilliant ruby red.
Scent: Delicate with a fruity aroma, distinctively of sweet violet, slightly of raspberries and wild blackberries.
Taste: Sweet and young, with a spicy aftertaste characterized by pleasantly bitter undertone.
To accompany with: Ideal with every meal, it goes especially well with gorgonzola cheese, fruit salads, ice-creams and cakes.
Alcohol: 11,50% vol.
Best served at: Must be served at 8 – 10° C
