This wine is vinified as white from musts which ferment slowly at a low temperature to preserve the freshness and vivacity. A second natural fermentation occurs in the bottle for 6 months. The degorgemént is not done; yeasts remain in the bottle giving to the wine particular aromas.
Colour: Straw-coloured with greenish glints.
Scent: Characteristic of bread crust and yeasts.
Taste: Crisp and clean with small bubbles, light and fresh with a savoury touch.
To accompany with: It pairs nicely with hors-d’oeuvres, seafood, salads. Used also as an ideal aperitif.
Alcohol: 11,00 % vol.
