This wine is vinified as white from musts which ferment at a temperature between 18-20 °C after a natural sedimentation. This is followed by its refining in steel barrels.
Colour: A straw to cope colour that reminds the one of the grapes
Scent: Intense with hints of acacia flowers, nutmegs and bread crusts.
Taste: Velvety and harmonious taste, of a broad and soft body.
To accompany with: Excellent with elaborate first courses, fish-based cuisine and white meat.
Alcohol: 12,50% vol.
Best served at: Must be served at in long and thin stem goblets at 8-10 ° C.
