This wine is vinified as white from musts which ferment slowly at a low temperature to preserve the freshness and vivacity. A second natural fermentation in pressurized tanks with controlled temperature follows.
Colour: Straw-coloured with greenish glints.
Scent: Fruity aromas of fresh citrus, green apples, exotic fruits, with a light aromatic flavour.
Taste: Crisp and clean with small bubbles, low in alcohol and always fresh.
To accompany with: It pairs nicely with hors-d’oeuvres, seafood’s and any other meal. Used also as an ideal aperitif.
Alcohol: 11,00 % vol.
